Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement, email us at 3y3worldwide@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A short description of the problem
Once we verify the issue, we’ll send you a free replacement of the same item.
If that item is no longer available, we’ll offer a replacement of equal value.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control.
3Y3 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If something goes wrong, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim. At 3Y3, we will do everything in our power to ensure customer satisfaction every time.
